We pride ourselves on installing high quality, low maintenance UPVC Soffits and Fascias to the highest standards.

Our fascias are rugged 18mm thick load-bearing boards that will enhance the look of your property and also protect the roofline for many years to come. Available in 4 colours and are neatly fixed using 65mm marine-grade plastic headed nails that are struck with special soft headed hammers so as to avoid damaging the heads and give the best possible appearance.

Our soffits are available in 10mm flatboard for a smooth finish or 10mm hollowboard tongue and groove effect profile. Theses are fixed with 40mm marine-grade plastic-headed pins.

We install rigid eave protectors throughout the roofline that are fixed under the eave tiles and provide an impervious barrier between the tiles and the rafter ends. In order to do this correctly the first 3-4 layers of tiles must be removed, the existing felt properly inspected, eave protectors fixed underneath, and the roof made good again (see picture below right). This ensures that an impervious barrier exists from the sarking felt all the way into the gutters, giving complete protection from the elements.

We also offer a choice of ventilation options. The current building regulations require all new-build roofs to be ventilated with the equivalent of a 10mm gap along the length of the roofline, but existing buildings are exempt from these regulations. It is however worth considering as a well ventilated roofspace is much less susceptible to damp and therefore less likely to encounter wood rot. We can install vented soffits or over-fascia ventilation that is hidden behind the guttering for an improved appearance.
